As a longtime journalist, it’s strange for me being interviewed instead of conducting the interviews myself.
I was proud of two recent opportunities to talk about “Playing Through the Pain: Ken Caminiti and the Steroids Confession That Changed Baseball Forever.”
One was KHOU 11 Sports Extra — I spoke about the book with Jason Bristol, Matt Musil and Daniel Gotera. The chat touched on a lot of the key themes from Ken’s Astros days, including his defensive wizardry and bonds with Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell.
