Book Launch event TODAY!

I'm holding a book launch event for "Playing Through the Pain" at my local bookstore in Scarsdale, New York.

I’m proud to hold a book launch event today — Sunday, June 5 — from 5 to 6:15 p.m. at Bronx River Books, 37 Spencer Place in Scarsdale, New York.

It’s a neat bookstore with lots of great books in stock (like mine!).

And it’s centrally located near the Scarsdale Metro North station. Stop by if you’re in the area! It’s free and open to the public (sorry, no free steroids being provided, despite the sign in the photo above).

I’m going to read from my book, Playing Through the Pain: Ken Caminiti and the Steroids Confession That Changed Baseball Forever; sign copies of said book, and answer questions.

It’s been special to be able to bring this project forward. Ken’s story isn’t an easy one — not by any stretch — but it’s a vital, necessary one, and it means a lot to correct the record and tell his story in a way that hasn’t been done before.
